A claim submitted to the International Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U) is the foundation for future international compensation.

The International Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U) is a digital database designed to collect and organize claims for losses caused by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.

Submitting a claim to the Register officially records the damage caused by Russia.

  • Displacement
  • Business losses

What you need to know

  • Claims can be submitted even without a complete set of documents
  • Eligible categories are continuously expanding
  • Claims cover losses, damage, and harm caused by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine since February 24, 2022, within Ukraine’s internationally recognized borders

How to submit a claim

  • Go to the Diia portal
  • Sign in (QES / Diia.Signature)
  • Select a category
  • Complete the claim
  • Upload supporting evidence

Need help?

Specialists can assist you with submitting a claim. You can get support:

  • At a “I am Mariupol” center
  • At a Centre for Administrative Services (CNAP)
  • Online (if you are abroad)
