The International Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U) is a digital database designed to collect and organize claims for losses caused by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.
RD4U records damage caused by Russia and serves as the foundation for future international compensation.
What losses can be recorded?

- Injuries
- Loss of loved ones
- Displacement
- Business losses
What you need to know
- Claims can be submitted even without a complete set of documents
- Eligible categories are continuously expanding
- Claims cover losses, damage, and harm caused by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine since February 24, 2022, within Ukraine’s internationally recognized borders
